Notice pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, as amended. We process the personal data of clients, suppliers and persons who voluntarily communicate their data to us (in person, by telephone or by email), as well as of persons whose data are disclosed by third parties, for example when collecting business information or from public directories. We guarantee that personal data will be handled with regard for the fundamental rights, freedoms and dignity of the persons concerned, with particular respect for privacy, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data.

Nature of the data processing
Data may be processed with or without the aid of electronic and automated means and covers all operations necessary for this, always in such a way as to guarantee data safety and confidentiality. The processing is subject to security measures which guarantee privacy and secrecy.
Navigation data
The computer systems and procedures provided for the functioning of the website www.pmt.ventures collect certain personal information during normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected in order to relate it to identified data subjects; however, it might allow user identification once processed and matched with data held by third parties. This includes IP addresses or domain names of computers connecting to the site, URI addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request and other parameters related to the transfer and the user’s computer environment.
